About Shaare Zedek

Shaare Zedek Medical Centre plays a pivotal role in every aspect of life in Jerusalem.

  • Shaare Zedek is at the forefront of medical research and innovation, all provided with its unique blend of medical expertise and compassion. Shaare Zedek is famous as the Hospital with a Heart.

Shaare Zedek receives its funding for treating patients from health funds in Israel, but receives only minimal financial assistance from the Israeli Government for new buildings and equipment.
